We are aware of the feedback and divided opinions around Benefit #3 that was released yesterday.
We’re not perfect. We make mistakes. We thought the reaction to Benefit #3 would be positive, but it wasn’t what we expected.
No matter how much we think something is a good idea, if the community, and our genesis NFT holders are not happy then we need to make changes.
because we know without our supportive community we have nothing.
As a result, we will be making some changes to benefit #3.
Originally we had planned a lottery to give lucky genesis holders a chance to win a large $ of $XVC tokens.
We thought the reaction of the community would be positive.
We were wrong.
Hence, we have completely overhauled benefit #3 and it will be updated as follows:
$50,000 worth of $XVC tokens will be given ONLY to Genesis NFT holders on a equal basis.
1 Genesis NFT represents 1/500th share of the $50,000, and the entire amount will be given to Genesis NFT holders without any lottery or games involved.
In addition, to play our upcoming P2E games (Dec-Jan), an NFT will be required.
Genesis NFT holders will be the only users able to play at launch.
Our Genesis NFT holders are our earliest supporters, and giving them $XVC tokens is the least we can do to show our appreciation.
Here are the fine details:
Starting December 1st through the end of January 2022, 5 random snapshots of Genesis Holders will be taken via MyPick.
Users that are holding a Genesis NFT at the time of the random snapshot will automatically receive $XVC tokens according to the distribution schedule detailed below. Thats it. No lottery, no games, simply hold and earn.
1 Genesis NFT represents 1/500th share of the $50,000, and the entire amount will be given to Genesis NFT holders.
5 Random snapshots between December 1st and January 31st 2022
Tokens will be distributed using the following schedule:
Snapshot 1 holders Reward Distribution : March 1st, 2022
Snapshot 2 holders Reward Distribution: April 1st, 2022
Snapshot 3 holders Reward Distribution: May 1st, 2022
Snapshot 4 holders Reward Distribution: June 1st, 2022
Snapshot 5 holders Reward Distribution : July 1st, 2022
Benefit #2 = Early Access to P2E Games (Earn $XVC)
Benefit #3 = Monthly drops of $XVC
